Job Description

This role supports retail-focused commercial construction projects and requires a strong background in project management within the construction industry. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in project management or PM assistance, with specific expertise in retail construction, including tenant improvements, renovations, and some ground-up work.

The position requires either a Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of commercial construction experience (an AA may be considered). Candidates must be proficient in construction management software such as Office 365, Red Team, Procore, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, high attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities are essential.

This role includes frequent domestic travel (3-4 days per week) and requires the ability to work independently under pressure. Responsibilities include producing detailed construction site photos, drafting client updates, and maintaining professional, polished interactions while representing the organization's values.

This is a full-time, direct-hire position with compensation based on experience. Benefits include retirement contributions, health and life insurance, paid time off, paid travel with per diem, and an auto allowance when applicable. The schedule is typically Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend travel depending on project needs.
